Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting, an idyllic Jamaica escape!

Breakfast: Plenty of selection of foods, fruit and juices to suit every palate. Jamaica Rootz: great hospitality and delicious Island flavours The Jerk hut on the beach provided lots of choice, delicious jerk chicken/pork, patties, festival and rice and peas. Loved it. I was unwell during my stay and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, called the nurse who checked and monitored my vitals and ensured I was feeling better before returning me to my room. Natalia, the manager also attended to my needs and followed up the next day to make sure I was fine. A lovely get well soon card and a delectable bowl of fresh fruit was a lovely and touching surprise from the Natalia and the Ziva family. Thank you!

It was a beautiful and quiet place, very respectful and helpful staff and I highly recommend it.

I loved the staff. They were generally helpful and pleasant and the place was clean and quite beautiful. I enjoyed the food and the French restaurant, the music there was nothing short of amazing. I was quite relaxed while I was there and I would definitely go back with my family.

I think the room service was the only thing I didn’t like. We had to wait for like two hours to receive some towels and we ended up not getting the chance to attend the pool as a result.

The location was excellent. Big property with many restaurants, bars and amazing swimming pools.

The bathrooms in the hotel could use an upgrade but still clean and neat.

Amazing I highly recommend!

The staff was great and very welcoming. They where able to upgrade my room because it was my Birthday , to a swim out king suite . The food was the best I've had at resorts. Drinks were amazing, and service was great . This place is massive in size due to it having 2 sides an adult side and family side. The pool bar on the family side seem more active and fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We did not specifically request a quiet room. We did tell them that it was our anniversary, and were pleased that a bottle of champagne was in our room when we arrived. Food was great! Staff always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love this resort! Everything was perfect from the food to the everyday events! 7 different restaurants, multiple pools and nice beach front. I loved how we had access to the adult side and family side.

Great property and food,

Property and surroundings - beautiful Food and selection - Very good Pool area - Very nice to look at. Staff pleasant. No shortage of towels or anything that you would experience at other resorts Checkin - seamless and the lady that checked us in was fantastic (name started with a K..). Helpful, fast, extremely nice, genuine.

Entertainment was very lacking. We had on a Saturday night a DJ party with headphones with 2 channels. One reggae and one rap. The reggae channel was "ok" and the other channel was dreadful. No nightclub or bar. At least it made for an early night There was show with singing and music they had beforehand but it was very short.. entertaining though

It was in a nice location on the beach with lovely pool facility and wonderful staff.

The food was not good at most restaurants. That was the only negative about the resort, which really put a damper on enjoying the evening. some food was bland and other bus way over salted. Many selections were overcooked and limp. Breakfast was pretty good at the Calypso as was the hamburgers. the pork jerk was consistently tasty but frequently served with nothing but bones and fat as a indiscriminately through some on the plate. Drinks were good.

Very nice hotel.

The Asian restaurant, but especially the Italian restaurant, were just a kind of imitation. If you have already eaten their typical food in Italy or in Asia, do not go to these restaurants. There were few activities for children unlike other hotels. Most of the attractions were more than an hour away by car from the hotel. We didn't have hot water in the bathroom, they kept us waiting all day, but in the end they didn't fix it and we had to move to another room with all our things.

The resort grounds were beautiful & the restaurants and staff were great!

We enjoyed the catamaran sailing and their staff. The restaurants were exceptional,! We enjoyed the Rose Hall Great House Haunted excursion a lot. It was educational, interesting, and entertaining. We also enjoyed the Luminous waters excursion.

We would have liked to have done more excursions but most weren’t available on the weekend.
