Great property and food,

Property and surroundings - beautiful Food and selection - Very good Pool area - Very nice to look at. Staff pleasant. No shortage of towels or anything that you would experience at other resorts Checkin - seamless and the lady that checked us in was fantastic (name started with a K..). Helpful, fast, extremely nice, genuine.

Entertainment was very lacking. We had on a Saturday night a DJ party with headphones with 2 channels. One reggae and one rap. The reggae channel was "ok" and the other channel was dreadful. No nightclub or bar. At least it made for an early night There was show with singing and music they had beforehand but it was very short.. entertaining though

Amazing I highly recommend!

The staff was great and very welcoming. They where able to upgrade my room because it was my Birthday , to a swim out king suite . The food was the best I've had at resorts. Drinks were amazing, and service was great . This place is massive in size due to it having 2 sides an adult side and family side. The pool bar on the family side seem more active and fun.

It was in a nice location on the beach with lovely pool facility and wonderful staff.

The food was not good at most restaurants. That was the only negative about the resort, which really put a damper on enjoying the evening. some food was bland and other bus way over salted. Many selections were overcooked and limp. Breakfast was pretty good at the Calypso as was the hamburgers. the pork jerk was consistently tasty but frequently served with nothing but bones and fat as a indiscriminately through some on the plate. Drinks were good.

The resort grounds were beautiful & the restaurants and staff were great!

We enjoyed the catamaran sailing and their staff. The restaurants were exceptional,! We enjoyed the Rose Hall Great House Haunted excursion a lot. It was educational, interesting, and entertaining. We also enjoyed the Luminous waters excursion.

We would have liked to have done more excursions but most weren’t available on the weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We did not specifically request a quiet room. We did tell them that it was our anniversary, and were pleased that a bottle of champagne was in our room when we arrived. Food was great! Staff always friendly and helpful.

Relaxing - 5th return visit to a club room and almost feel this was the best stay ever!

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the pool is extra clean. Room service - think coffee on your balcony to start your day overlooking the ocean! French restaurant is my favorite! The Pub makes you feel so welcome.

They don't enforce the "no-smoking" by pool/bar! They only complimentary upgrade 1st time guests.

Fantastic resort. Would recommend to anyone. It's a long way from home though.

I like everything about this resort. From the friendly staff to the tasty food – it felt like no corners were cut ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

There really wasn't anything I could criticise. If I had to, I'd pick the fact that this is a cashless resort. So if you've forgotten to transfer your holiday money, your wallet full of dollar bills isn't going to help (unless you're a bit tipper of course).

The food was excellent. The customer service was amazing. The staff was very helpful.

Paying for transportation (round trip) to airport. (Very minor fee, but I thought that should have been included) There wasn't a lot of water excursions on the resort, but they provided an outside resource to assist with transportation to the other excursions.

Amazing Hyatt property will be back!

This was the BEST all inclusive we have ever been to! The rooms were gorgeous (we had a junior Suite in the rose hall building). The restaurants were so good. Make sure to try jerkz by the beach for authentic jerk chicken. The buffet was really good. Selection for breakfast was outstanding. The staff was so nice and accommodating.

Can’t really say anything bad about this property we loved it!!! The spa was underwhelming and very very expensive. I would say skip that it’s not worth the money!

Great amenities, loved the activities during the day and events in the evening. Great assortment of restaurants...really enjoyed the Brazilian Steakhouse and Choices for breakfast.

Pools closed too early, 6:30 pm is ridiculous. Very slow room service. Bag handling not reliable, my mother’s bag was not placed on her shuttle to the airport therefore driver had to go back to hotel to retrieve it.

The staff, some very disrespectful in comments they made towards myself and the follow through of housekeeping. Our bathroom never got cleaned during our entire stay nor did any amenities or Kim fridge get stocked.

We shall return!

Staff was incredible! Javaughn from the Italian restaurant, Dorean from the turn down staff, the entire Z crew (Analissa, Kelly Ann, Michael, Kevon, Omar, Travis, Hartland, Javon), Lenois from ziva lobby bar; there are many more people that went out of there way to make our honeymoon unforgettable! The property was gorgeous and clean; ground crew did an excellent job maintaining a beautiful beach/pool environment. Aqua aerobics and other activities available were very fun each day; the z crew did a great job in getting everyone involved and having fun! We loved silent disco and the cultural/drumming shows. Overall a wonderful week spent at the Hyatt Ziva!

We don't have any complaints really. Our stay was incredible!
